Job Summary

The Executive Education Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training and organizational development programs for Alfaisal University. This role involves supervising professional and administrative assistants, performing complex duties, and collaborating with the Manager of Executive Education to administer community-wide training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with leaders to assess and analyze learning needs, developing new training programs or enhancing existing ones.
  • Supervise training programs, including program design, enrollment management, vendor management, strategic marketing, and stakeholder management.
  • Propose innovative learning solutions and provide customized training to meet training and organizational development needs.
  • Evaluate potential training partnerships with outside organizations and institutions.
  • Use higher-level evaluation methods to measure program effectiveness.
  • Design and conduct complex employee, management, or organizational needs assessments, task analysis, and/or surveys.
  • Research subject-matter experts to design, prepare, and update ongoing training programs and support materials.
  • Utilize the University's LMS Platforms to manage program enrollments, print rosters, and generate analytic reports.
  • Administer Executive Education & Development programs through the Alfaisal Extension Platform for online and instructor-led programs.
  • Develop web-based training programs and short courses, facilitating Webinar training events using best practices in e-learning instructional design and web-based authoring and collaboration tools.
  • Supervise, direct, assign, and review the work of subordinate staff, forming and overseeing teams, and providing mentoring and coaching to employees.
  • Interpret participant evaluation data and recommend improvements based on feedback.
  • Perform all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute. Master's degree is preferable.
  • Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) Project Management Institute or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Minimum of six (06) years of experience in training & education or any other related field. Four years' experience for Master's degree.
