Enterprise Sales Professional

Hiring for an Enterprise Sales Professional to lead business development efforts in the downstream oil and gas sector. Our client is a leading global provider of digital transformation solutions, specializing in automation, analytics, and enterprise IT. With a strong international presence, they have delivered cutting-edge technology to some of the world's largest energy and fuel enterprises.
Role & responsibilities:
- Build comprehensive account strategies for downstream oil and gas clients, ensuring strong engagement and business growth.
- Leverage deep market knowledge and personal connections within oil marketing companies to drive sales and establish long-term relationships.
- Identify new opportunities and successfully sell automation solutions to end clients in the downstream Oil & Gas sector across the region.
- Work closely with internal product teams to create project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage teams effectively.
- Ensure an outstanding Total Customer Experience (TCE) across all managed accounts, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Formalize account relationships, address all products and solutions, and implement a growth strategy to maximize customer share across assigned territories.
- Track payment milestones and proactively follow up with multiple clients to ensure timely payments.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other systems to streamline lead generation, opportunity tracking, and deal registration for operational efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the product portfolio, industry advancements, and domain expertise to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Enhance market presence and strengthen brand recognition through strategic initiatives.
- Actively contribute to a positive, cooperative, and results-driven team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
