Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NewBridge Pharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception and Administrative Duties:
    • Ensure the reception area is covered during core working hours
    • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary
    • Greets and assists visitors, maintaining a safe and clean reception area
    • Provides general administrative and clerical support
    • Supports the VP & GM of KSA and Sales Management team with tasks such as Excel and PowerPoint
    • Coordinates internal and external meetings
    • Assists with travel and hotel bookings, processing expense forms
    • Acts as coordinator for regional and team events
    • Manages local distributor relationships for visa processing and onboarding
    • Organizes catering for meetings and training sessions
  • Facility Management:
    • Oversees building maintenance, managing relationships with suppliers
    • Manages office maintenance, including cleaners and bathroom cleanliness
    • Ensures continuity of office supplies
    • Oversees cleanliness of common areas and meeting rooms
Requirements
  • KSA National Graduate with a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
