Travel Arrangements

  • Make travel arrangements for our General Manager, Managers, and invited guests.
  • Oversee travel arrangements for our staff.

Event Planning

  • Support indoor and outdoor company events.
  • Plan for company events and ensure our staff participate in external events.

Contract Management

  • Contract with third-party vendors like travel agencies, couriers, and suppliers.

Team Management

  • Manage a team of office helpers and oversee their leaves and expenses.

Employee Engagement

  • Participate in employee happiness activities like office celebrations, recognition, and gifts.

Meeting Support

  • Attend non-confidential meetings with our General Manager and take minutes.
  • Follow up with involved parties.

Office Management

  • Manage office stock of giveaways, promotional materials, and other occasional items.
  • Oversee and maintain office stationery and ensure their proper functioning.

Financial Management

  • Manage office budgets and expenses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • English language fluency.
  • Well-organized.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
