Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as an Admin and Projects Coordinator. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate the organization's interactions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other public sector stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Meeting Organization and Follow-up: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination role.
  • Government Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of government structures, policies, and decision-making processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to occasionally work outside of standard business hours to accommodate government schedules.
