We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rare Disease Senior Product Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our Rare Disease portfolio.

About the Role
The Rare Disease Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product life cycle, driving execution of marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and market penetration.

Main Accountabilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for existing products and new product launches
• Develop promotional campaigns & marketing activities for Rare disease portfolio to establish a strong brand presence among healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and market penetration
• Conduct fieldwork for insight into activity/strategy implementation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Medical degree; Postgraduate or master's degree in marketing is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing within the pharma industry in a multinational organization
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and having in-depth analysis for market dynamics
• Experience in Haematology, Oncology, or Rare Diseases is a huge plus
• Solid knowledge of delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and Arabic language is a must
