About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at UPGRADE. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and representing the company with professionalism and influence.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a strong sales background, particularly in consulting or training academies. Your main focus will be on identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also develop compelling presentations, negotiate effectively with clients, and represent the company in client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

  • Cold calling, lead generation, and account management will be essential aspects of your role, ensuring a proactive approach to sales activities.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of proven sales experience in consulting and/or training academies.
  • A strong track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence to manage and foster client relationships.
  • Persuasive and influential personality.
  • Presentable and capable of professionally representing the company to clients.

Language Proficiency:
  • Primary: Arabic (Native-fluent)
  • Secondary: English (Average fluency sufficient for client handling)
