We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager (General Manager) – Saudi Arabia to lead our growth strategy in the Saudi Arabia market. This role requires a deep understanding of the specialty chemicals market, as well as strong expertise in P&L management, key account handling, and commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive market presence and spearhead growth strategy in the Saudi Arabia market.
  2. Take full ownership of P&L management while driving and optimizing order book pipeline, long-term strategy, annual plans, and year-over-year growth.
  3. Ensure sustained profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  4. Prepare and maintain customer lists in market segments and select key target accounts for sales/market actions.
  5. Liaise with clients for their requirements, analyze their needs, and develop order strategy.
  6. Review, discuss, correct, and submit competitive technical and commercial quotations.
  7. Gather intelligence on competitor activity and calibrate strategy accordingly.
  8. Build company profile and brand image in the market through customer visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows, and business meets.
