About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our dynamic Front Office team. As a key contact point for guests and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Reservation Management:
    1. Process and confirm guest reservations made by clients for Rooms, F&B, and Spa services.
    2. Verify availability of room types and rates, explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
    3. Accommodate and document special requests.
  2. Customer Service:
    1. Provide warm and sincere greetings to all callers.
    2. Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations, following sales techniques to maximize revenue.
    3. Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information and attending to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  3. Administrative Dutives:
    1. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features/services, hours of operations, restaurant concepts, room types, and amenities.
    2. Remain up-to-date with all promotions in and around the hotel and follow established procedures to process all room reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
    3. Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure, and apply rate management.
  4. Sustainable Practices:
    1. This role involves implementing eco-friendly practices, educating guests/colleagues on sustainable initiatives, and continuously seeking ways to minimize the hotel's environmental footprint.
    2. Knowledge of waste sorting and recycling procedures is essential.
