Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at Dallah Albaraka Holding Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our investment portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the long-term growth and profitability of our investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Analysis and Planning
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis of investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and risk assessment.
    • Develop and present investment proposals, business plans, and financial models to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Oversee the management of our investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and objectives.
    • Monitor and track ongoing investments, providing regular updates on performance, risks, and potential mitigation strategies.
    • Identify and analyze exit strategies to optimize investment returns and align with strategic objectives.
  • Market Research and Industry Analysis
    • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to identify emerging investment opportunities and potential risks.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, demand drivers, and pricing trends.
    • Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyze data on market benchmarks, industry best practices, and investment benchmarks.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
    • 8-10 years of related experience, 4 years of which in a managerial position.
    • Previous experience with multi-national real estate consultancy preferred.
    • Strong presentation capabilities to multistakeholder audiences.
    • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in analyzing investment opportunities using Excel, ARGUS, or similar software.
    • Excellent knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and economic factors influencing investments.
    • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate investments.
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English.
