About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our Advertising Department at Free Icons Co.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile clients and a portfolio of accounts eager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds client expectations.
  • Business Development: Leverage your existing network and portfolio of accounts to bring new business to Free Icons Co., driving growth and expanding our client base.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with their business goals and maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with the CS & account team and other team members in advertising department to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the agency, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and effective solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of campaigns and provide clients with detailed insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency or related industry, with a strong portfolio of successful client relationships.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio of accounts that are eager to join you at Free Icons Co., demonstrating your ability to attract and retain high-profile clients.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing and advertising trends across various channels.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
