  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management.

  • Experience in team development and coaching.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • LEAD HIGH-PERFORMING SALES TEAMS TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH AND EXPAND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
