About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Convz Fze. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and build lasting partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that meet our revenue goals, and work closely with our tech experts to tailor proposals and pitch solutions that meet client needs.
  • Industry Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data consultancy, and share your insights with our team to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals that benefit both our clients and us.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people skills, self-motivation, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data analytics and related technologies is a plus.
