Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:- Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate client meetings via cold calling, emailing, and social selling using best practices outlined by our Sales Academy.
- Proactively identify and resolve prospective customer challenges to drive conversions.
- Approach prospects with the aim of winning new business, relationship building, researching markets, presenting our product favorably, and in a structured and professional manner.
- Help clients understand health insurance and educate them on available options.
- Evaluate and highlight features in our plans and make recommendations based on benefits required.
- Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to enhance the client experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales objectives.
- Communicate effectively via telephone, email, in-person, and social media.

What you will need to have:- Strong communication & presentation skills, fluency in Arabic: Written & Verbal.

- The ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
