We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Distributor Manager for the center region. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective distribution of products, managing the distributor network, and driving sales growth in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribution Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers in the center region.
  • Distributor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, recruit and select new distributors, and negotiate contracts.
  • Performance Improvement: Monitor the performance of distributors in the center region, provide feedback and guidance, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
