Project Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion and Business Development:
- Engage with customers and external stakeholders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to present our product offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct calls to engage with potential clients and build relationships to drive sales growth.
2. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Actively source and identify new customers and projects through market research and networking within the region.
3. Sales Quotation and Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed sales quotations and proposals for customer projects and tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
4. Order Fulfillment and Logistics Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams, including Operations and Logistics, to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensure prompt and clear communication with all departments to facilitate timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Monitor the status of orders and provide regular updates to customers.
- Address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the collection of payments from customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Comfortable with meeting and engaging with diverse individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
2. Business Travel and Flexibility:
- Willing to travel across the region and other offices to meet customers and external stakeholders.
3. Proactiveness and Analytical Skills:
- Pro-active, inquisitive, and analytical mindset to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.
4. Relevant Work Experience:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly favorable but not compulsory.
- Background in Civil Engineering or any Engineering discipline is advantageous but not required.
