JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a seasoned MEP/Buildings Services Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of our projects. As a leading company in the field of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, we require a skilled professional to manage and coordinate all MEP activities for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and Coordinate MEP Activities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  2. Review and Approve MEP Designs: Conduct thorough reviews of MEP designs and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
  3. Ensure Compliance: Verify that all MEP systems are installed, commissioned, and operated in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  4. Monitor Performance: Regularly assess MEP system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expert advice and support to project teams on MEP-related matters.
  6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems and achieve project objectives.
  7. Prepare Progress Reports: Develop and present project progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design and management, preferably in the construction industry.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, relevant codes, and standards; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders; proficiency in project management software and tools.
  4. Certifications: Professional certifications related to MEP systems are highly desirable.
