About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Loyalty Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of a CRM system and loyalty program strategy for our client, a governmental start-up within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, CRM, and loyalty program management, with a proven track record of success in CRM system management and loyalty program development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement a CRM system for personalized customer relation activities, including birthday emails, attention-grabbing promotions, and loyalty programs.
  2. Maintain clean and categorized databases, grouping customer segments for targeted marketing strategies.
  3. Manage various campaigns, including email campaign management, to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  4. Analyze data and provide reports to management for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information systems, or a related field. Master's or certificates in a relevant field are preferred.
  2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, CRM, and loyalty program management, with hospitality experience being a plus.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software and database management.
  4. Demonstrated success in CRM system management and loyalty program development.
  5. Proficiency in managing and customizing CDP and CRM software to align with business needs.
