About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Loyalty Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of a CRM system and loyalty program strategy for our client, a governmental start-up within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, CRM, and loyalty program management, with a proven track record of success in CRM system management and loyalty program development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a CRM system for personalized customer relation activities, including birthday emails, attention-grabbing promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain clean and categorized databases, grouping customer segments for targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage various campaigns, including email campaign management, to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze data and provide reports to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information systems, or a related field. Master's or certificates in a relevant field are preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, CRM, and loyalty program management, with hospitality experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management.
- Demonstrated success in CRM system management and loyalty program development.
- Proficiency in managing and customizing CDP and CRM software to align with business needs.
