Enterprise Sales Executive

We are Lalamove, a technology-driven logistics company that connects drivers and customers through its innovative platform. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and help us achieve our mission.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with experience leading teams to achieve sales targets. They will also possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the startup or logistics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for results.
- Fluency in English language.
- Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus.
