  • Enhance our employer brand through collaboration with marketing and HR teams.

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or workforce planning, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment analytics, talent market trends, and best hiring practices.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strategic focus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, depending on the company's requirements.
