About the Role
">As a Senior Customer Service Specialist with Amazon, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues related to Digital, Device, and Alexa support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering results-driven solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
About You
">We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to thrive in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Resolve customer escalations related to Amazon Brand, data regulation, or privacy concerns">
- Support managers on VP inquiries, owning the investigation of escalations from start to end">
- Dive deep into customer problems to determine root cause and restore customer trust in devices">
- Contact customers directly to gather data for root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and close cases">
- Conduct data queries and general data analytics related to escalations handled by the team">
- Manage process improvement initiatives, including scoping and implementation of projects stemming from escalations">
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers by adjusting your communication style to your audience">
What We're Looking For
">We want to hear from candidates who possess:
- ">
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)">
- A minimum of six months of experience handling customer escalated contacts such as D2AS Advanced Technician, DART (Resolution Specialist), Social Media, or Search & Rescue">
- Experience interpreting and communicating analytics">
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment">
