Key responsibilities include preparing contracts, negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients, based on established guidelines. This role also involves preparing pre-qualification and technical documents to support new equipment proposals within Otis - Entity.
As a Sales Operations Manager for Construction, you will execute sales strategies to increase the market share of Otis – Entity across all product lines within assigned markets. Developing strong relationships with developers/contractors within Otis – Entity is crucial in positioning Otis favorably for all new equipment projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization.
- Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred.
