Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily operations, and ensuring effective communication with colleagues and clients.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Accurately perform data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Efficiently organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Respond to correspondence and client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide general office support, including photocopying and scanning services.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Respond to phone calls and assist with customer queries.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in an office environment is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
