Tendering Lead

Join the team at SHC as our Tendering Lead and play a critical role in overseeing our tendering process. As a leading Management Consulting firm, we work closely with governmental and semi-governmental organizations to secure projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
As the Tendering Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying relevant opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals. Your expertise in tendering strategies, market research, and proposal development will be vital in helping us win new business and maximize our success rate.
**Responsibilities**:
Tender Searching:
- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities relevant to our industry, ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Expertly navigate and utilize procurement portals such as the Etimad Portal to facilitate tendering and bidding processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and potential business opportunities.
Proposal Management:
- Manage the entire tendering process, including bid/no-bid decisions, stakeholder engagement, and submission
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposals.
- Analyze tender requirements and develop bid strategies
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and review of proposals to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Arrange scoping sessions with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly with the Proposal Lead.
- Ensure adherence to tender requirements, deadlines, and submission guidelines
Contract Management:
- Oversee the contract signing process, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties.
- Arrange and conduct post-bid reviews with clients to assess performance and areas for improvement.
- Manage post-contract award activities, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Reporting and Tracking:
- Track and report on tender outcomes and success rates
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine our tendering approach
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the consulting, training, or professional services industry
- Strong understanding of the tendering process and relevant regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Proficiency in proposal development and writing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Capable of working autonomously while also thriving in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
