About the Job
As a Director - Customer Products and Martech, you will be responsible for leading the development, delivery, and management of customer-facing digital products and marketing technology (martech) solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the organisation's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of customer-facing products and Martech solutions.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to understand their challenges and goals, and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimisation of critical Martech solutions, including CRM, CMS, CDP, event management platforms, Google Ads, and Sprinklr tools.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Technology, Marketing, and Commercial departments.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs.

About You
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
14 years+ of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on delivering customer products, Martech, and digital transformation.
Extensive experience with customer-facing technologies and platforms, including CRM, CMS, CDPs, event management solutions, Sprinklr, and Google Ads.
