Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant position offers an opportunity to join our dynamic team and provide critical support to our Leadership. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Leadership team's schedule, coordinating appointments and optimising their time usage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Leadership team, handling internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the Leadership's business engagements.
  • Assist in meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between Engineering Leadership and internal teams.
Requirements
  • You possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • We require an experienced professional who can demonstrate confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • You will need to be proactive, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • 3-5 Years' experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Strong English skills are highly valued.
  • A degree in any discipline or relevant experience is required.
