About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to join our team at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth office operations and providing administrative support to our staff.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
Job Description:
As an Operations Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that they are readily available for use.
- Phone Handling: Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Data Entry and Filing: Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic, and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Clerical Tasks: Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
