Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at ClientTrip. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our staff.

Main Duties:

    2. Organize and prioritize daily tasks to optimize productivity.
    3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  2. Communication & Collaboration:
    1. Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties.
    2. Manage emails, phone calls, and messages professionally.
  3. Task Management:
    1. Track progress on various projects and assignments.
    2. Identify and resolve minor operational issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
