About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Manager to join our team at Michael Page International (UAE). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective governance frameworks across our subsidiaries and spinoffs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement governance models that ensure clear accountability and facilitate decision-making across our portfolio of subsidiaries and spinoffs.
  • Manage Governance Awareness: Design and deliver governance awareness sessions to ensure our teams understand their roles and responsibilities within our governance framework.
  • Review and Improve Governance Policies: Conduct regular reviews of our governance policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with our overall vision and mission.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with our Board Committees and other stakeholders to ensure our governance framework is delivering effective governance and decision-making.
  • Develop and Implement Governance Strategies: Develop and implement governance strategies that align with our overall vision and mission, and ensure our governance framework is delivering effective governance and decision-making.
  • Monitor and Report Governance Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of our governance framework, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage governance frameworks across complex organizations.
  • Corporate Governance Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address governance risks and issues.
