Job Summary:

As a Senior IT Manager for Digital Strategy and Governance, you will lead the development and execution of digital strategies to align with business objectives and oversee governance processes to ensure compliance and security measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement a Comprehensive IT Strategy Roadmap: Align the organization's IT strategy with its business strategy, ensuring seamless integration and optimal resource utilization.
  2. Establish and Enforce IT Governance Policies: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure staff and vendor adherence to IT governance standards.
  3. Monitor Contract Progress and Ensure Compliance: Regularly monitor contract progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, minimizing risks and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  4. Develop and Maintain Infrastructure, Data, and Application Architecture Strategies: Design and implement infrastructure, data, and application architecture strategies that support business objectives and ensure data integrity.
  5. Design and Implement the Enterprise Architecture Framework and Network Architecture: Develop and implement the Enterprise Architecture Framework and network architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
  6. Create and Manage Project Plans, Identify Risks, and Measure Project Quality: Develop and manage project plans, identify potential risks, and measure project quality to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Implement Data Integration Solutions: Design and implement data integration solutions for seamless data exchange across systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  8. Communicate with IT Teams, Stakeholders, and Vendors: Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align architecture with business goals, ensuring effective communication and project success.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven Experience in IT Strategy Development and Governance Implementation: Proven experience in IT strategy development and governance implementation is essential, with a strong track record of success.
  3. Strong Knowledge of Architecture Principles, Data Models, and Network Configurations: A strong understanding of architecture principles, data models, and network configurations is required, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
  4. Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to identify risks and ensure quality deliverables.
  5. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  6. Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT strategy, governance, or project management would be advantageous, but are not required.
