Job Description:

  • Manage client data collection and interpretation to inform solution development

  • Develop relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging expertise to secure buy-in to strategies
  • Set strategic direction, solve complex client problems, and tailor solutions to meet client needs
  • Lead strategy implementation, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved
  • Design and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies
  • Contribute to the recruitment process of potential junior consultants

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Management consulting experience, preferably in procurement and/or supply chain or a relevant industry
  • Strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital project experience (or an interest)
  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and draw conclusions
  • Attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to innovate and improve existing ways of working
