Global Enterprise Growth Strategist

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Middle East and Africa regions. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing technology, SaaS, and digital marketing, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing new business development, hitting and exceeding sales targets in assigned regions. You will maintain deep knowledge of MoEngage's solutions and products and keep track of opportunities in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts of opportunities.
- Be the face of the company and drive relationships with C-level executives in some of the largest enterprises in Middle East and Africa.
- Get 100% ownership of the accounts assigned to you and full autonomy to drive them home with all the support you need.
- Work with a lean team of go-getters in a fast-paced environment which will accelerate your learning and growth.
- Work with clients across domains in the Middle East and Africa.
- Interact with teams from different domains, including engineering, product, and commercials, and get hands-on experience of dealing with team members from different domains.
- Significant cross-functional and regional interactions with a lot of learning opportunities.
- Be a part of a truly global team with colleagues from over 15 countries
Skills and Requirements:
A proven hunter who consistently exceeds sales targets.
A passion for technology and all things digital.
5-10 years of sales experience in marketing technology, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or AdTech.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach.
The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.
Ability to network and build strong relationships.
Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify the decision makers and decision-making process for SaaS investments.
