About the Role

The Partnerships Senior Manager is a key position at Almosafer, responsible for leading the company's partnerships across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain. This role involves establishing, managing, and delivering partnerships with destination management organizations, banks, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and other partners from various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing New Business Opportunities: Work with external partners to identify and develop new business opportunities in existing markets or emerging markets for products or services.
  • Partner Identification and Negotiation: Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships, and negotiate terms of partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Strategic Partnership Management: Manage existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote partnerships to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Business Relationship Development: Establish new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Long-term Relationship Management: Develop and manage long-term relationships with partners to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty.
  • Data Analysis and Market Research: Use data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Partnership Contract Management: Manage the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and resolving disputes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership/loyalty roles, with 5+ years of experience in marketing or PR preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.
