About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Mdl Beast Llc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the partner marketing strategies to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our brands and guests throughout their interactions within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Partner Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies that align with our brand partners' objectives, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  2. Partner Asset Management: Be the internal lead for all brand partner assets into our ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  3. Partner Marketing Campaigns: Create effective partner marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth with brand partners, leveraging multiple channels and tactics.
  4. Joint Marketing Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors, ensuring alignment with both companies' goals.
  5. Partner Presentations and Communications: Develop partner presentations and provide on-site presentations to partners, maintaining positive and productive relationships.
  6. Partner Event Support: Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  7. Global Partner Program Management: Manage the global partner program to achieve revenue goals, providing strategic guidance and support to partners.
  8. Partner Marketing Tools and Strategies: Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives, evaluating the marketing performance of partners and recommending improvements.
  9. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  10. Joint Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns that align with both companies' goals, creating marketing materials and sales enablement assets to highlight the joint value proposition.
  11. Partner Sales Enablement: Enable partner sales teams by providing them with the necessary marketing tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell our products or services.
  12. Partner Marketing Performance Monitoring: Monitor and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and revenue contribution.
  13. Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and marketing to align partner initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing the impact of joint marketing efforts.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a proven track record in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  2. Marketing Principles and Strategies: Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and guest experience management, with demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  4. Organizational and Project Management: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and at least 10-12 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or account management.
  5. Language Proficiency: Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Industry Knowledge
  1. Entertainment and Events Landscape: Strong understanding of the entertainment and events landscape, including relevant trends, technologies, and competitors.
  2. Reseller and Affiliate Marketing Ecosystem: Familiarity with the reseller and affiliate marketing ecosystem, including key players, best practices, and success metrics.
Skills and Abilities
  1. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  2. Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and secure partnerships.
  3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities within partner accounts and the broader market.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. FreshWorks, SalesForce, ZohoCRM) is a must.
