About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Operations team at Altibbi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other vendors to support our business operations in the telehealth sector across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Healthcare Provider Partnerships:
    Recruit and onboard General Practitioners (GPs) and specialists, including both Saudi and non-Saudi doctors, to expand our network of healthcare professionals across KSA and other GCC countries. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the medical field.
  2. Integration Partnerships:
    Identify, negotiate, and establish integration partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, labs, insurance companies, and other relevant vendors within KSA and other GCC countries. Facilitate seamless integration of our telehealth services with partner organizations to enhance service delivery and patient care.
  3. Partnership Management:
    Manage and nurture existing partnership accounts to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual benefits. Monitor partnership performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Regulatory Compliance:
    Handle regulatory compliance and licensing, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies in KSA and other GCC countries. Liaise with government agencies to facilitate approvals and resolve any regulatory challenges.
  5. Business Development and Operations Support:
    Assist in identifying new business opportunities and operational improvements to drive growth and efficiency across the GCC region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business development and operational initiatives.
  6. Representation and Communication:
    Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other events within KSA and potentially other GCC countries as needed to promote partnerships and business objectives.

  1. Nationality: Saudi national, required to work within the Kingdom and to facilitate local partnerships and regulatory processes.
