Business Development Director for IoT Solutions

At Olayan Saudi Holding Company, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Expert to join our IoT Sales team. As a key player in promoting and selling advanced IoT solutions, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with city planners, construction companies, PIF subsidiaries, real estate development companies, government officials, and private sector stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have 7-8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong technical understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, devices, and network solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required. A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
We offer a challenging role that involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and managing client grievances.
