Sales Transformation Lead - Riyadh

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive revenue growth and expand Dell's presence in key markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client facilities, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance on technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide sales leadership and expertise on large, complex opportunities, driving share of spend across Dell's portfolio of technology solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience selling technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert knowledge of market trends impacting Dell customers.
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ambitious environment and adapt to changing priorities.
