Client Solutions Executive

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients across the GCC region. You will leverage your exceptional consultative selling skills to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Become a trusted advisor for clients, providing expert guidance on their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain effective SLAs with clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of solutions sales experience with a proven track record of high-value client management.
- Proven ability to work in a target-based environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
