  • Sales Function: Promote Bupa Arabia's products to achieve set sales targets, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and understand market dynamics and competition trends.
  • Sales Forecasting: Maintain a healthy and balanced sales pipeline by generating leads from internal and external sources, preparing monthly reports and yearly plans, and reflecting sales expectations and funnel analysis.
  • Sales Administration: Prepare contracts, explain policies, and collect signed agreements from new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Building Client Relationship: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve client issues, and demonstrate Bupa's values, leading the handover process with the relationship team and ensuring client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:
