Bupa Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Senior Account Manager - Healthcare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell our healthcare products to small and medium-sized clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Sales Function: Promote Bupa Arabia's products to achieve set sales targets, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and understand market dynamics and competition trends.
- Sales Forecasting: Maintain a healthy and balanced sales pipeline by generating leads from internal and external sources, preparing monthly reports and yearly plans, and reflecting sales expectations and funnel analysis.
- Sales Administration: Prepare contracts, explain policies, and collect signed agreements from new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Building Client Relationship: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve client issues, and demonstrate Bupa's values, leading the handover process with the relationship team and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
You must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with fluency in English and Arabic. Good self-management and motivational skills are also essential, as well as a background in sales and business development.
