Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in SaaS sales, preferably in HRMS, ATS, or ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SME and enterprise segments.
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Manage a sales pipeline effectively using FlyAkeed's CRM (HubSpot).
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with FlyAkeed's pricing and business policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on the corporate travel industry, customer pain points, and FlyAkeed's competitive advantages.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience (HRMS, ATS, SME ERP experience is preferred).
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English speaker.
- Presentable, accountable, and responsible.
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus.
