Senior Vendor Partnership Specialist

- You will collaborate with external vendors to build seasonal selection and long shelf-life Fresh/Frozen space, defining SOPs for scaling the business in the long term.
- You will support the Category leader in driving new strategic initiatives and business opportunities, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Negotiations: Build strategic partnerships, aligning and closing end-to-end vendor relationships and terms of trade, operating model contracts from long shelf-life Fresh & Frozen vendors.
- You will develop an annual seasonal portfolio to drive continuous traffic and engagement to the store-front.
- You will identify automation opportunities to offer scalable solutions, improving key metrics such as Selection, profitability, Pricing, Availability.
- Post launches, you will own the P&L for hitting top and bottom-line targets and drive projects to improve profitability with critical stakeholders.
- You will define selection assortment, continuously refining the mix at dark store level to reduce shrinkage & improve CX.
- You will source deals during Tier 1/2 events to ensure we continue to offer value to our Prime Customers.
- You will negotiate marketing funds from vendors for category visibility during BAU/Events.
- You will prepare, pitch & close Annual JBP.
