CARE, a leader in e-commerce innovation, is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sr. Vendor Manager, VSP, Mass Vendor Relations to join its team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth by fostering strategic partnerships with vendors and integrating their product portfolios into our websites.

As a key member of the Mass Vendor Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering critical business initiatives that meet our existing small and medium vendor base's needs.

You will manage all aspects of these initiatives in association with our remote operations team, including workstream planning, requirements definition, key metrics definition, risk management, and communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering critical business initiatives for our existing small and medium vendor base.
  • Managing all aspects of such initiatives in association with our remote operations team.
  • Identifying opportunities for vendors to grow their business.
  • Analyzing and diving deep on our business performance.

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

They should be able to think and act strategically and tactically, delivering measurable results. They should also be able to take initiative and autonomously propose and implement new projects and ideas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, project or program management, or buying experience, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.

Experience using data to influence business decisions and driving internal cross-team collaboration is also essential.

About the Role

  • 5+ years of experience with Excel.
  • 5+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
