- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the Fintech industry to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience selling SAAS solutions to SMEs in Saudi Arabia.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Sales Performance: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in closing deals.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English languages to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Fintech industry is a big plus, and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
