About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join our team and drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintaining strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at major accounts.
  • Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and developments.

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
  • Managing partnerships with other companies.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong background in business or payments.
  • Technology expertise/knowledge is desirable.
  • Fin-Tech certification from Harvard University is a plus.
