We are seeking an experienced sales professional who will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads, converting them into paying customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate Nowlun's value proposition.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing strategic insights to clients.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is essential.
