Sales and Partnerships Executive

Squadio, a pioneering Global Remote-first IT service provider, is seeking a skilled Client Acquisition Manager to lead the charge in driving business growth and expansion. This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative Talent as a Service (TAAS) platform.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing partnerships
- Utilize existing networks and establish new relationships to drive business growth and increase market presence
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and engage key decision-makers in potential client organizations to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with senior business development professionals to craft tailored business solutions for clients and create compelling proposals and sales presentations
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Established network in Saudi Arabia, particularly in government, enterprise, or key sectors
- Proven success in securing high-value B2B contracts and partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
