About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales in the dynamic hotel segment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships with F&B Managers, Chefs, and Procurement Teams, and promoting premium frozen bakery and foodservice products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and grow sales in your assigned territory (Riyadh or Jeddah)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with F&B Managers, Chefs, and Procurement Teams in top hotels
- Promote and sell premium frozen bakery and foodservice products
- Identify and onboard new clients
- Track sales performance and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Stay up to date on competitor activity and local market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service
- Provide market feedback to support business growth strategies
Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in HORECA sales
- Experience in frozen bakery or bakery products is highly preferred
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Saudi market is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Open to relocating from the UAE to KSA – relocation support may be provided
- Valid KSA or GCC driving license preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
