Sales & Business Development Manager for Access Control & Intrusion System

Bosch Middle East seeks an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Access Control & Intrusion Systems market. This role involves developing and implementing country strategies to achieve annual sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers and influencers, and identifying and researching potential clients to expand our customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end sales & BDM process.
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
  • Actively participate in tender specifications for large projects and convert these into sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in Security Industry preferably Access Control & Intrusion.
  • IT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies and applications.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • At least 5+ year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and involved in Security business unit.
