Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Alnafitha IT is seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join its Sales Department. As an integral part of the team, this individual will play a critical role in building relationships with key clients and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They should be well-versed in CRM software and account management systems, with hands-on experience in selling and presenting IT solutions.
In this senior sales position, you will establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, coordinate company resources to meet account performance objectives, and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
We are looking for someone who can proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process, assess and validate customer needs, and develop solutions that best address those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishes long-term relationships with key clients
- Collaborates with internal teams to achieve account performance objectives
- Meets targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Leads solution development efforts to address customer needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
- Inbound Sales training (required)
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise sales or related field
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems
- Experience in selling and presenting IT solutions
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
