Bid Strategy Consultant

This consultant will provide expert advice on bid strategy, working closely with bid leads and other stakeholders to drive delivery of submissions and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will leverage your knowledge of the market and industry trends to inform bid decisions, providing strategic recommendations to bid teams.
  • You will conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, feeding insights back into the bid process.
  • You will develop and implement a bid strategy that meets client needs and exceeds expectations.
  • You will work collaboratively with bid teams to produce high-quality bid content, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance bid quality and competitiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with bid management software and tools, preferably with proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the construction and asset management industries, with a solid understanding of sector trends and challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Location and Travel

This role will be based in Riyadh, with occasional travel across the region.

Qualifications

To be considered, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in bid management, preferably in the construction or asset management sectors.
  • APMP Foundation level certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
